One More Train LLC sells model trains, railroad collectibles and related products under the One More Train brand (“OMT,” “we,” “us” or “our”). This privacy policy covers information collected and used through our website at onemoretrain.com, our online store and our Early Access membership program.

A privacy request should describe the information or action you are asking about and include enough detail to locate the relevant account or transaction. Do not include full payment card numbers, security codes or government identity numbers in an initial request.

2. Information you provide

We collect information you provide when using our website, placing an order, creating an account or registering for Early Access. The information collected depends on which features you use:

• Identity and contact information, such as your name and email address, and where provided, your telephone number.
• Account information, including login credentials and profile details, when you register for a customer account.
• Billing and shipping information, including your mailing address, city, state, postal code and country, when you place an order. A phone number is optional.
• Order and purchase records, including products, quantities, prices, payment status, shipping details and any order notes, when you place an order.
• Early Access registration information, including your name, email address, optional phone number and your marketing preference, when you register for Early Access.
• Customer service communications, such as questions, order inquiries and any supporting photographs or documents you send.
• Reviews and ratings, including your chosen display name and review content, when you submit a review.

Please provide accurate information and avoid including unnecessary personal details in order notes or review submissions. Provide another person’s delivery information only when you have authority to do so.

3. Information from website use

Our website and supporting services automatically collect technical information needed to deliver pages, maintain sessions, investigate errors and protect accounts. This may include:

• IP address, browser type and device information
• Pages viewed, referring pages and session dates and times
• Login activity and account-related actions
• Security and error logs

We use analytics tools to understand how visitors find and use our website, including pages visited, referring sources and general traffic patterns. These tools may set their own cookies, collect your IP address and browser information, and send usage data to the analytics provider. When our store is open to the public, we also use first-party cookies to attribute purchases to the source or campaign that brought you to us. If advertising or remarketing tools are added, this policy will be updated before they are activated.

4. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Maintain customer accounts and Early Access membership

We use information consistent with why it was collected. Providing your email address to place an order does not subscribe you to marketing communications.

5. Payment information

When you place an order, your payment information is processed by our payment provider through a secure payment interface. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes. Our order records may retain limited payment reference details returned by the provider — such as card type and last four digits — along with transaction status and reference identifiers.

Payment information handling is also governed by our payment provider’s own privacy practices. See Section 8 for more about our service providers.

Do not send full card numbers or security codes to One More Train by email or in order notes.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies and similar browser storage help our website remember your session, authenticate your account and maintain your shopping cart. The cookies present depend on the features you use.

• Session and authentication cookies support sign-in and keep you logged in during your visit.
• Shopping cart cookies remember items you have added and link your browser session to your stored cart.
• Purchase source cookies record how you arrived at our website in connection with a completed purchase — for example, from a search result or a marketing link. This information may be retained with your order record. These are active when ordering is open.
• Analytics cookies are set by our analytics provider to measure site traffic, visitor behavior and traffic sources. They collect information such as pages visited, session duration and general location derived from IP address. This information is associated with the analytics provider’s own identifiers and is subject to their privacy practices.
• External resource requests: our website may request fonts or assets from third-party providers. Those requests may transmit your IP address and browser information to the provider as files are delivered.

You can review, block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect store functionality. Blocking essential cookies may affect sign-in, shopping cart and checkout functions.

7. Marketing and Early Access membership

Early Access membership. Early Access membership is free. When you register, we collect your name, email address and optional phone number. We send a verification link to confirm your email address before your membership becomes active. We record your signup date, verification date, membership status and marketing preference.

Marketing communications. If you choose to receive optional marketing communications, we record your consent choice and the date it was given. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel your Early Access membership or customer account. Essential account, verification and order communications are not marketing.

Member benefits. Verified Early Access members have exclusive access to eligible newly listed merchandise for the first 10 days before it becomes available to the general public. Verified members are also eligible for a one-time $25 discount on their first purchase exceeding $250. See Section 12 of the Terms of Service for full membership terms and offer conditions.

Verifying member benefit eligibility may require us to check relevant account and purchase history. This use is limited to what is necessary to administer the approved benefit.

8. Service providers and other disclosures

We work with service providers to operate our website, deliver email, process payments and fulfill orders. Service providers receive only the information needed for their specific function and are not authorized to use it for their own purposes. Which providers are active at any given time depends on which features are currently enabled.

Providers include or may include when relevant features are open:

• Website hosting: the service that delivers our website and stores customer data
• Email delivery: the provider we use to send membership communications, optional marketing and, when ordering is open, order confirmations
• Analytics: the analytics provider that collects and processes website traffic and usage data
• Payment processing: the payment provider that handles checkout transactions (active when ordering is open)
• Shipping and delivery: carriers that receive delivery and contact details to fulfill your order (active when ordering is open)
• Security and performance services: services that help protect against fraud and unauthorized access

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to a valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or protect the safety of our customers or business. If One More Train is transferred as part of a business transaction, personal information may transfer as part of that process and we will provide appropriate notice.

9. Security and data retention

Our website uses HTTPS encryption to protect information transmitted between your browser and our servers. We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect customer information from unauthorized access, disclosure and misuse.

No internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely secure. Keep your account credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorized access to us promptly.

We retain order, payment and tax records for accounting and legal purposes. Account and membership records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Security and activity logs are retained as needed to investigate incidents. Marketing suppression records may be retained to honor your unsubscribe choice.

10. Your choices and privacy rights

Marketing unsubscribe. You can stop marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message or by contacting us. Unsubscribing does not affect order or account communications.

Account information. Where account editing is available, you can update your profile and address information directly through your account.

Privacy rights. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, to restrict or object to certain uses, or to receive a portable copy of your data. Contact us at support@onemoretrain.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Our response will be governed by applicable law.

11. Children’s privacy

Our website and store are intended for adult shoppers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address it.

12. Policy changes

We may update this policy when our data practices change. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, including by posting an updated policy with a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively as permitted by applicable law and do not retroactively alter the basis under which information already collected was handled.
